show you how to live in it while it's being marketed so that it shows like a model. I work with all realtors and
am an ASP® certified Staging Professional.
There is never a charge for an estimate in any of the services I offer. I am affiliated with the best contractors
and suppliers and personally supervise all work. I take pride in doing very specialized custom designs to reflect
my client's tastes and budgets.

Q. Do you charge a fee to consult?
A. Consultations are always at no charge. Once a job has begun, additional consultation would
be at my hourly rate.

Q. What is 'Staging'?
A. Staging is preparing a home for sale to market it at its maximum selling potential. It may be as simple as
moving furniture and accessories, or it could be more major things such as painting, carpet or appliance replacement

Q. Is Staging expensive and why should I be interested in it?
A. Unless a home is in major ill repair, staging can be done inexpensively. Staging allows
any home to be shown to it's best advantage. Giving a 'model' appearance and making
the home more appealing to potential buyers.

Q. Once my home is staged, do I have to move out?
A. Absolutely not! Once your home is 'staged', I will show you how your family can live
comfortably in your home until it is sold.

Q. What about the outside?
A. "Curb Appeal" is most important. It is the first thing a client sees and sometimes
will determine whether or not a potential client will take the time to see the inside
of your home.

Q. What is typically done outside?
A. Usually general cleanup of landscape, patio and front entry areas. Sometimes colorful
Annual plants are added to attract attention and present a well cared for appearance to the outside of the home.
