water features, cabinet fronts, wall art and paint, wet bars, custom window treatments, silk plants and arrangements,
carpeting and flooring, appliances, countertops, furniture and accessories.
EXTERIOR DESIGN:
Outdoor kitchens, fire pits, lighting, water features including ponds, waterfalls and fountains. I also design
custom 'pondless' water features which are very eye catching with little maintenance.
HOME STAGING:
Staging helps you attain the ultimate return on your real estate sales. From simple curb appeal and clean up to
major repairs and remodel, I can prepare your home for sale and show you how to live in it while it's being marketed
so that it shows like a model. I work with all realtors and am an ASP® certified Staging Professional.
There is never a charge for an estimate in any of the services I offer. I am affiliated with the best contractors
and suppliers and personally supervise all work. I take pride in doing very specialized custom designs to reflect
my client's tastes and budgets.
